Shipping policy

We offer everyday FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders $50 and over. 

Orders will be processed 1-7 business days. During warm weather packages will be shipped Monday-Wednesday only. This avoids packages being held in warehouses causing body butters to melt. Please avoid leaving packages outside during warm weather season. Body butter will melt if exposed in heat too long. Keep product stored at room temperature and avoid keeping in sunlight.

Once your order has been dropped off at the post office, Chelly Blossom is no longer responsible for your package. USPS can be reached by calling 1-800-275-8777.  

Chelly Blossom is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  

Chelly Blossom is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers. 

Refunds will not be issued for any of the aforementioned reasons.

Upon shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking information and estimated delivery date.
